Blowing Film Processing Aid Master Batch : CYD-2136PE
CYD - 2136 PE is PE master batch with special additive of dendritic structure, which can improve the processing properties of polyolefin polymers, widely used in all kinds of polyolefin film products;
Application: HDPE, LDPE, MDPE, LLDPE, PP, BOPP, etc.;
Product initial thermal decomposition temperature is 280 ℃, the processing temperature should be ≥ 180 ℃.
Suggested dosage:
0.8 %-2%, blend CYD-2136PE with raw material ; It’s better to apply a higher dosage for first time trial, best dosage could be tested and found after surface defect is solved.
Other lubricants such as polyethylene wax should be removed.
Advantages of the product:
Eliminate shark skin, scales; Improve surface brightness and smoothness of products;
Improve plasticizing, reduce the formation of gel and carbon deposition, decrease the frequency of cleaning downtime and the rejection rate. Besides, it can improve the melt index, reduce the melt pressure and the host current, and increase production capacity;
Improve the thickness uniformity and size stability of the product.
